I am new to exercise, can I exercise here?

Yes! We are here to meet you at your level. Whether you are coming back from an injury, prenatal, postpartum or wanting to feel more confident in we create a program tailored to your goals. Our certifications have made us well qualified to modify, intensify and adjust your workout to make sure you are exercising at a safe level.


I have a health issue, can I still exercise with you?

Yes, depending on the specific issue. We are happy to work closely with your health care professional to ensure you are exercising to your potential while being safe. If you have a joint or muscle issue, we would recommend scheduling individual personal training sessions with Eva due to her background in sports medicine. Along with your healthcare provider, Eva can help you progress to a point where you can join our group class or progress to more intense personal training sessions.


Can I take a trial class before I commit to group classes or personal training?

Yes! If you are new to High Def Health, you are always welcome to come to a group class for a free session. If you are interested in personal training, a free consult will be your starting point and functional exercises are included.


Where are you located?

We currently are training most clients virtually via Zoom. In addition, we train out of a private gym in Glendale, WI and offer in-home training.


Do you have parking?

Yes, there is parking provided at the Glendale location.


Do you have a shower?

No, but there is a bathroom and 2 changing rooms.


How long are your sessions?

All sessions are 45 minutes in length. This time includes a combination of warm-up, exercise, cool down and potentially stretching or recovery work, depending on your goals and needs.


How much do your  group classes or personal training sessions cost?

Individual sessions range from $74 to $82 per session, depending on your body’s needs and your overall goals. Our semi-private sessions are $37 per person. On Demand library of unlimited recorded workouts is $20/month.


What style are your workouts?

Individual personal training workouts are very specific to you and your needs. We start with your goals and include any corrections for improper body mechanics and imbalances. We work to put both these needs and wants together for a total overall workout that gives you results.


How does your gym work?

Individual personal training clients schedule and work with one personal trainer. They pay for their sessions through a discount package or individually by session. You do not owe a monthly membership fee. You are free to adjust your schedule as necessary with your specific personal trainer.

Who are your trainers?

The personal trainers at High Def Health are all certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). NASM is a well respected, consistently top rated, nationally recognized certification. We are required to maintain our certification with continuing education in current health and fitness topics. We also have individual secondary certifications that reflect our specific interests and niches. You can meet our personal trainers here.


How do I get started?

We schedule you for a consultation to get your goals down and to make sure we are a good fit for you. This free session is about 45 minutes to an hour and includes a conversation, biomechanics check, functional assessment and potentially initial body stats. Do you give your clients workouts to do at home?

Depending on a client’s goals as well as their ability to exercise effectively on their own, home exercise plans can be created. These are developed on a case by case basis and this is determined between clients and their trainers.


Do I have to sign up for sessions in advance?

Yes, since your workouts will be personalized to your specific goals we need to be prepared with your program. Once you are ready to start, you will schedule your sessions with your specific trainer based on what works best for both of your schedules. How should I prepare for my first session?

Make sure you have comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Wear shoes that are supportive and that you don’t typically wear outdoors. Water bottle to hydrate during the workout.


What if I need to cancel my class sign-up, personal training session or monthly membership?

You can cancel your personal training session by contacting your specific trainer. If your session is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged for this session.
