Membership Options:

Each week offers 10 different class times to choose from, including 12:00 pm (M-F), 4:00 pm (T, Th, Fri) and 6:15 pm (M, W). Each class is 45-minutes, including warm-up, interval training and cool down. Choose the package that best fits your goals and needs to save your spot in class! Classes officially start April 1st!
